Oh! OK! Actually, for a minute there I thought i'd found the blogs ... viewtopic.php?f=15&t=7364. Oh well, it's an awesome read never the less! [:D

I'm just sorry i'm not a, how you say it...bugger (what's this word!), else i'd give it a go, but nah not really, no I wouldn't, as, well, while I do have a life, I just don't think you lot could...handle the truth!

Fraidycats! :eek:

I've been toying with the idea of putting my weekly emails (an inflicted monologue of myhighlights and catastrophes chasing the female of the species, and how a dashing, slightly angry Lighthorseman deals with a world full of idiots around him) on this blog thingy for some time.

When I get around to it, I'll get a round to it.
Hell, it might get me elected - for the loony bin or politics, I'm not sure.

22F I think your kit reviews would work well in the blogs.

Account details received boss. I'm going to have to hit up my weekly email audience to see who has complete records from the last few years tomes, but when I get them set up, be prepared for some funny reading. I think some of them are sufficiently OCD to have kept previous entries as bedtime reading and to remind themselves that whilst their lives may suck, their's doesn't suck as much as mine at times.

It's a bit more tame nowadays, since I'm actually seeing a lass on a serious basis (she and my mum are on the weekly email list nowadays) but I still get up to some shenanigans. But I'll make sure to post the more hilarious weeklies.

Yep that's right. You get to control what's on your blog and can approve/disapprove any comments that come by, but otherwise it's meant to be pretty much public.

Excellent.

Some of my mates will wish to make smart-arse comments, but not become members of the forums.

That's nice to hear, thanks for that mate.

Brotherhood never was like it;
Friendship is not the word;
But deep in that body of marching men
The soul of a nation stirred.

AusMilitary.com is Australia's leading military discussion forum. Originally formed back in 2004 as AusSpecialForces.com as a forum for, by, and about the Australian Special Forces, the forum has since widened it's scope to include all members and branches of the ADF as well as our honoured guests and allies from overseas. Despite some sections being open to the public, the forum still enjoys the membership and advice of respected members of the Special Forces and Special Operations Forces both local and international, as well as those from elite specialities in the conventional forces. From recruit training right up to SF selection tips - if it's frank and honest advice you're after, you'll find it here.
