If you are responding to a post that is just above yours, do not quote it, use the reply button.











It's just painful, there is no need for it, no one wants to read or skip the same post three or four times, just to get to the new bit of the conversation. If you are responding to someone a few posts back, grab the pertinent bit of the post and address that point, but don't just use the quote button to reply. For starters, it will just get deleted. Secondly, you won't annoy the admins, who do the deleting.
